In the history of gaming we have gone through many epic games that never get old like Final Fantasy (which is my personal favorite), and Assasin’s Creed and Mortal Kombat. These games are here for a while now, and most of us grew up alongside them so you can understand the hype which we get when another game on the series is announced. So, Without wasting another minute lets talk about Mortal Kombat 11 which is released fairly recently in 23rd of April 2019.
Introduction
So, not many of us know the game inside out so to help the newcomers we have a brief introduction. Mortal Kombat is a fighting video game developed by NetherRelam Studios and published by Warner Brothers. Like any other RPG game Mortal Kombat 11 has a storyline that has been going on for more than 25 years and increasing day by day. The Mortal Kombat 11 has some fairly new characters and new moves that make the story and playing the game fairly new experience.
Gameplay
The Mortal Kombat 11 stories continue from where it left off from the tenth one. The entity Kronika, the goddess of Virtue, who is also the mother of Shinnok and Cetrion. Kronika controls the sands of time and wishes the reality to favor both her children that means conflict between good and the evil throughout the ages. But after the beheading of Shinnok’s has upset the balance of nature in favor of good.
Kornika has a lot of power, and she can manipulate the lives of human, her powers don’t work on Gods. All her plans were for naught as Raiden always screw everything for her no matter how hard she tries to perfect the timeline. In many of timeline, she manipulates Lui Kang into fighting Raiden, as the two of them together are a potential threat to her. This story is eloquently named Kornika’s revenge as she tries to create a new timeline where Raiden didn’t exist; she just needed certain items to help her. Kronika created a massive rift between the timeline and various heroes and villains from Mortal Kombat II came into the present.
While many were able to interact with their modern counterparts and confronted by the tragedies they were meant to endure. There is a lot more going on, and the storyline is almost 4 hours long which really makes everything interesting. The Players will take on the role of a variety of past and present characters in a time-bending new narrative that pits Raiden against Kronika, the Keeper of Time who created existence at the dawn of history.
